Refunds & Cancellation

1. Free tier

You can use each tool 3 times completely free, with no payment method required.

2. Free trial

New subscribers get a 3-day free trial with full access. You will not be charged anything during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing — ever.

3. Automatic renewal

If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts and your payment method is charged €39 for one year. It then renews annually at €39 (or the then-current price, notified in advance) until cancelled.

We send a reminder email before your trial ends and before every renewal, so an unwanted charge should never come as a surprise.

4. How to cancel

Cancel anytime, in one click, from your account settings — or email hello@skrubly.com from your registered address and we'll do it for you. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 1 day before the trial or billing period ends.

Cancellation stops all future charges. You keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for (or the end of the trial).

5. Refunds

Forgot to cancel? It happens. If you were charged after the trial and contact us within 14 days of the charge without having made significant use of the paid Services, we will refund you.

For any other issue — accidental charges, billing errors, or dissatisfaction — contact hello@skrubly.com within 14 days of the charge and we will review your case in good faith. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy) and typically arrive within 5–10 business days.

EU consumers: nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights. Note that by starting the trial you consented to immediate performance of the digital service, which (under EU distance-selling rules) replaces the standard 14-day withdrawal right with the protections in this policy.
